The benefits of floating for the elderly

I’m developed an interest in float tanks, aka sensory deprivation tanks, and I’m currently exploring that interest. I was aware of the relaxing benefits and meditative qualities to floating, even the mental health benefits, but I wasn’t aware of the physical benefits. After my first float, my neck relaxed and I could feel the circulation of my spinal fluid where a kink tends to develop because of stress and bad posture. I find this health benefit to be very interesting. Maybe now I can sell my inversion table. Here’s a link to an article that covers some of the health benefits of floating.

I interrupt StackExchange Friday for this important message

I've noticed that I've been pretty critical of my government and American culture here, over the last few months. I've also noticed that I've been vocal about unconventional or controversial topics. The integration of my recent growth has been a focus of mine for the last 9 months, and so I've been giving more attention to the hero's return. "Having found bliss and enlightenment in the other world, the hero may not want to return to the ordinary world to bestow the boon onto his fellow man." My past misanthropic tendencies, and diminished but still ongoing avoidance has made me feel a bit like I'm refusing the return. But upon further introspection, it's not so much the refusal of the return as it is an observation that no one cares (which in an of itself is an indicat...
